yesterday, i went over to baby's. he wanted to make me a chocolate cake for 16th. but... haha. soon...
then down to mustafa for some shopping, fastfood, brow-threading, camera-hunting. to bugis for schoolbag-search. got really troubled over the bag i want to get. i really love this bagpack i saw, cheap but not durable. another's durable but not what i like.
in the end, i got the most expensive out of my few choices. at least its the most durable, flexible choice since its ok for work too. heartpain since i never get an item more than 20$ for months.. many many months.. ha. ok. stingy, whatever.. i just want more money for my shopping grad trip!! lol.
then to victoria street for dinner with group and The Dessert Bar for some coffee talk. and i had this copacrumba drink.. something like that.. i cant even remember how to pronounce it. its just a mixture of 3 fruits but mainly, i taste pineapple. HA. the most expensive yet the smallest cup. totally not worth. baby's treat though.. (:

tidied up my schedule, printed a colorful timetable. packed my bookshelves, threw away 6 big bags of notes. packed my letters, threw away 1 bag of rubbish. cleaned my silvers, cant find 2 of my newer rings ):

school's starting all too soon. i still thought my lessons are going to start only on 6th july. too many things are going to happen in the first month. its kind of tiring even if its just thinking about it.
today, i went for my dental at 8 in the morning. lots of things happened. shan't talk about it.
since we were in chinatown, we went to take a look at the yangtze cinema. lol. for those who didn't know, its an outdoor cinema which shows rated movies exclusively and those titles of the shows are super lame.. haha.
we found that they actually screened Saw 4/5! HAHA. the poster was there (the one and only show i've seen before), but we don't really know if they really show it since their customers are only ah peks/old uncles around the age 50 onwards who carry bottles/umbrellas/newspapers into the cinemas. HA!! and they even had their own Karaoke and restaurant in the cinema!!
wanted to see what the movies actually are but i didn't dare to even step near the cinema. i only took some pictures at the entrance and ran off. worried that those ah peks will approach me, not that there's any yet (too early for such vigorous activities i suppose) :D

Last week, when i came back home from the grocer's, i was shocked to see that my house was completely filled up with my friends and my family. Today I was going out for a coffee with my boyfriend. On the way I passed a homeless man and gave him $5. When I got to Starbucks my boyfriend dumped me. I walked home crying, and when I passed the homeless man he told me how sorry he was, and offered to buy me a coffee. He used the $5 I gave him, and smiled proudly as he handed over the money. GMH

I found out my son had been leaving him comments, saying things like how he missed him, and how he is studying hard in school, and that he would study hard to find a cure to cancer so that people wont miss their grandfather like he does. On the Today Show, they showed a story about a girl who was hospitalized and her fingers and toes were permanently horrificly deformed. She was devastated about missing her senior prom. Her friends got together and organized students into throwing another prom... entirely for her. GMH

so we are not going taipei anymore.. since i am not graduating this year end and we don't see any special promotions going on for taiwan-bound air tickets. we are going to bangkok instead! shopping, shopping and more shopping!! and since its just a shopping trip, we can spend more freely in few days instead of backpacking the whole of taiwan. probably we can get to go taiwan when i graduate next mid year? since baby's working for few months by then.. ((: lol. and we can go on sightseeing + shopping instead of backpacking? hahaha!
baby's little bro introduced me to this particular dove shampoo. i never believe in dove products before since it made my hair oily and scalp itchy in the past. but trust me! it's totally different now.. the new formula rocks.. and my problematic hair was tame after just one wash! baby got me the huge bottle. i seriously hope that it will solve all my problems and stay that way after the whole bottle. haha.

and me? oreo ): but at least, it's bought by baby.. so, its good enough. lol. and ya, i have the weird habit of twisting every single piece of cookie, eating the top layer first, licking off the cream.. den savour the last layer of oreo. i was too stubborn to just bite the 3 layers all at once even when i had only 1 free hand, i will just free my other hand to twist the cookies. HAHA. although i did it the commercial way (since the 1st oreo i had), i never did like the idea of dipping the cookies into the milk. it just spoil the whole taste. urgh.. anyone else did it this way too? haha.
back to sims 3 and time to make my sim pregnant. HA!
it's been admin work back at school, doing our business and watching dvds at home. cleared quite a few discs and all were quite lacking in the storyline department. but the comedies were fun in a way.
today we met early to run an errand in the morning, then down to cotton on for GSS. got a top and a cardigan at 15$. far much lesser than the original price and even lesser than what was indicated on the price tag. i was shocked for a few seconds with the cashier repeating the amount patiently. lol. well, i was proud that i did not give in to my temptation while handling the other 'wants' from the store (: speaking of which, i saw this exact design of cardigan i wanted (refer to previous post) selling at a much higher price. so tempted to get it.. but i didn't! just telling myself the color don't suit me at all. argh.
baby treated me to korean ice-cream. delicious.. and a movie which was alright (storyline) but with great actors!
baby bought me a mouse! so that i can play sims3. haha.. imation! savings again. due to the GSS (:
i cant believe i really feel so lost and sad and alone now. with over 200 contacts in msn, none i can feel at ease clicking to chat with. how pathetic.
now that it's finished, i felt at loss. what should i do from now on? where can you find love? unconditional love without any problem? 'perfection', there's no such thing.

LOL. my dad want to quarantine himself in his room while having chicky pox so he don't allow me to enter and insist i go into my room whenever he's out for his meals and water. so i made porridge today for him and a little side-dish. haha. its for lunch and dinner since i don't know what else i can offer to cook for a chicky-pox-infected. no beans, no prawns, no sticky food, no dark soya sauce, more herbal tea, not when its going to go away. what else?

monday going down to school to settle admin work again ):
it has been a long week since the last post. result for one of my modules is still not out. more admin works to be done for my registration for next semester. as expected, i did not fare well enough for the paper that i took while i'm sick. i need to know what to expect next. baby has been keeping me company, bringing me to places i've never been to.
050609 went to marina square with the group. had lerk thai after a long time of comtemplating which place to go for dinner. lol. totally worth it with the price of the set meal. it starts from 5.30pm to closing time. $18.90 - rice, green curry beef/chicken, sambal kangkong, omelette with crabmeat, tomyam chicken soup (another $2.50 for seafood), sticky tapioca with sweet coconut sauce. all in the amount enough for 2/more. delicious too (: after which, took silly pictures which explains the following:
060609 baby brought me to chinatown - in search for the cake shop at chinatown plaza. we met and went around 7-11 (doing our stunts. lol) to purchase the series of Mr. Men and Little Miss handphone accessories! and we are just 'Mr. Strong and Little Miss Naughty' away from the whole series (: it is a day of heavy walking. we practically toured round the whole of chinatown and the border of tanjong pagar but we cant find it. when we finally found it, it was closed for the day. hais. but still, we managed to catch a few minutes of line-dancing..
*note: the man and woman in cowboy suit are a couple. imagine us growing old together and learning line-dancing together (: some aunties are even sluttier than young girls nowadays! lol.
080609 no pictures for the day, baby just brought me to catch a movie - State of Play. a long time since we watched a movie in the cinema. it is good but i guessed baby and i preferred to watch it at home. hehs. new cinema over at Iluma Bugis. hope to try it soon. and we simply love QQ rice rolls! we tried to do some the past few weeks. it was alright. quite delicious if you ask me. hah. and the next thing we are going to try do - dimsum! lor mai gai.
090609 aunty ngo brought us on board the cruise ship - Long Jie. never heard before right? me neither.. it is almost just a boat with casino and few other entertainment. definitely an eye-opener for me. the whole boat kind of filled with hungry, greedy and stinky old people. hungry whenever in the buffet restaurant; greedy for food/seats/money (one aunty even want to cheat me to give up my seat for her!); stinky 'cause they smoke. at the end of the day, i need to wash my hair twice to get rid of the smell. and my whole attire for the day smells! but i get to gamble abit, baby sponsored most of it, i only played $10 and his mother gave us the rest! (: and jackpot is fun! now that i know how to play it.. shall play it soon when i get the chance up at genting (: we got a room by ourselves, relaxing and watching Monsters. Inc on teevee. it was quite comfy but i dare not take a picture of the room, thinking about how images get caught on tape etc. and i do feel something weird sometimes, so.. better not. lol. when its time, we got on a boat back to batam den to singapore. it was a longer way back and late when we reached harbourfront. about 10pm.
for the following week, there's more to do for school. might need to plan my time.. zoo trip was confirmed though. next weekend with baby, his bro and gf. hope it will be fun..
