Saturday, May 30, 2009 \| 11:54 PM \| Top 29.05.09 it was our 15th yesterday (: best time with baby regardless the many places we have to be at different time of the day. repair lappie at samsung, errand at jurong point, went round to joo koon, spotted Jurong Safra (mental note to visit it soon), shopping and ah chew* at bugis, 喜怒哀乐，1st try at scratch-it, shopping at tampines. company that matters (: 30.05.09 collected my lappie, bought a cookbook on dimsum. our cycling plan was spoilt when it rained the other day. made it up today but to our dismay, they don't rent bikes over at WestCoastPark (near baby's place). the only thing available there is this go-kart-like vehicle which costs $12/half hour. we chose to take a walk around the park instead. hehs. tok about how we are going to be in the near future, made us felt as though we are planning on how to raise our kids. so fun! back home from evening walk for dinner, bathed for the 3rd time of the day. had fun whenever baby is around, always loving it (: shall rest at home tomorrow. shall update my lappie all over again. may it be loyal enough to last a few more years. oh ya.. baby's got a photo with me that he wont want me to post. so... baby better watch it! haha! Labels: love loved and love \| 10:30 AM \| Top yesterday, i had a long talk over tea, dinner and shopping with a friend of mine. she's one of the closer friends i have. she has got no hidden agenda, no backstabbing, the most straightforward girl i have ever seen. the kind of hang-out-more-with-guys-than-girls-in-school, why-cant-girls-be-JUST-friends-with-guys type of thinking, i am happy that someone understands what i meant. 7 hours of non-stop talking seemed never enough for a pair of friends who talk less than 10 times in school; less than 5 minutes each time. yet its never too distant with her. buying intimates together and sharing everything we know. really appreciate the conversations we had. and not to mention, the delicious affordable food she introduced me. spicy seafood linguine with crabmeat; corn soup; apple crumble with vanilla ice-cream and lemon tea at the price of $18.30! very delicious! and i really got my pincer and half a crab; with scallops, prawns and squids altogether. worth it, totally.. and i realised, i am allergic to milk essence in the milk teas and coffees. i am always unwell after a cup. i guess i better abstain from them. avoid them.. today's rest day at home. tomorrow's outing with honeyboy. baby... happy 15th dearest (: i've prepared something small for you. its a surprise! Labels: movies you've captured my heart once more Monday, May 25, 2009 \| 11:27 PM \| Top today is sentosa day once again. saw my man in his formal ready for his interview. he never fails to make my heart skip a beat everytime he's in his shirt, pants and black leather shoes. never (: i am always proud, to see him so smart. i was the odd one out, in a bus full of men and women, all whom dressed like professionals or those nearly there. lol. but still, i was trying not to notice that little differences amongst us throughout the journey. though i still felt something's not right when i am sitting while the lady's standing, felt as though i took her seat. haha. waited patiently for him. became mosquitoes' fave. lol. suntanned abit. caught sight of peacocks and peahens. saw this funny notice. took crazy pictures at the same old walk we were during valentine's. went off to amk. had dinner. spicy! then Angels & Demons. carefree (: tomorrow, off to cycling! and special note to veron dear, fly safe and have fun! Sunday, May 24, 2009 \| 10:56 PM \| Top it's cooking day today. over to boyfriend's place late morning, shared a pack of mee and started preparing. ever tried the rice roll at novena? we tried to do it our way (: prepared; carrot omelette, dry-fried ham strips, baked & shredded crabsticks, pork floss and green chilli-petai-anchovies. cooked wet rice in order to squeeze all tight. it was fun! minus the spicyness of green chilli stuck on hand for the whole noon, ice cube for burning sensation, hot steaming rice that is too hot for handheld. lol. never take any pictures, since the appearance is not as appealing as purple rice which i ate at novena. haha. however, it's about the same as this.. i guess? flickr; andothersillythings.blogspot we are going to sentosa tomorrow. for boyfriend's interview. in order not to waste the trip there, it's suntan time (: bikini or not? lol. i am so in need of florals now. perhaps i should make myself a pouch? a pencil case? or even a bag? that is if i am inspired/confident enough.. and this couple on cake. SO CUTE... gave me an idea wat i wan on my wedding cake. hee. with a pig and a rabbit. think, what an adorable couple! haha. Labels: happenings, love i am blogging tons, i've got nothing to do Saturday, May 23, 2009 \| 5:07 PM \| Top kisses and stitches sarahseven.etsy weheartit i spent my time going from blog to blog. looking for inspirations and whatnot. above; the hairstyle i wanted, the ROM dress i wished for, the lines and lines of photos i dreamt of for my future room/home. everything just make me realise one thing/another. they just make me daydream about my future and what i hope is happening. i realised a person's so easily influenced and affected by it surrounding and what they came into contact with. for a moment i thought i will be a monochrome dresser for life; another moment, i jus wished i had everything in pastels. it's superficial, but it reflects the 'me' that's in me. i am having a flu right now. hope i will get well enough for monday's suntan outing. Labels: rambles roses \| 9:04 AM \| Top the other day, i saw this lady getting up a train at jurong east. she was holding a bouquet of yellow roses. it was beautiful.. with bright yellow in the center and pales towards the sides. with the dark green wrapping paper. it was awesome! and so i tried yahoo-ing the names of roses and different colors/species of it. came upon this, and found that i actually prefer hybrid tea roses and english roses over the others (: hybrid tea roses one of my faves lavender. beautiful.. i wanted to use this for my wedding! they are pretty pink and disease resistant! english roses another of my faves Labels: rambles let's start here.
