very long since i logged in to blog. no idea what to blog about. baby wanted me to blog so badly that he gave me a theme to work on. HAHA. ok ok. i promise i will blog soon.

i've been lazy to blog. haha. nothing much to blog also. been out everyday, either doing project, cooking or just walking around for new inspirations (for business). oh ya.. and shopping. haha. window shopping that is. as my next trip near, i can only control my spending now and try not to be tempted as much. ARGH!

starting school next thursday. its been a long fulfilling holiday so far. no rest day as yet! but its good kind of busy.

been bugged by alot of stuffs. really trying to settle down and think everything over again. also, i must make a point to go visit the teban aunty.

i packed almost everything and threw away at least 8kg worth of stuffs. notes that i no longer study, clothes that i don't really need or want anymore, shoes that i cant or wont wear again, nail polish that dried up, wallets that are no longer 'my style'. haha!

so what else? i think i don't really have much to throw anymore.

going to prepare for new year, more clothes more clothes! haha!

new year's not for new resolutions.

i looked back on my past years' resolutions and goals i set out to complete by the end of each year, and realised that i accomplished none.

gets me thinking, is it becoming a trend to do up a whole list of to-do and only remember it at the end of the year? haha. seemed like i am one of those many guilty ones.

as i grow older, i realised nothing else is more important than practicality. so for this year, i do not want to set any more new goals. i will try not set out to do impractical things in my life and waste time procrastinating.

so for a list of practical aims, i came up with these. nothing fanciful but at least i know i will and must go achieve it.

to graduate by May
to have a successful (or at least near-successful) business
to get the job I got interviewed for on NYE
to convert to full time once i graduate and fully utilise my time
to save up for future
to visit grandpa and granny often

i won't set goals for my wedding or marriage as yet, its still not time. as long as i can get successful in my work life, i will get what i want ultimately.

been so long since i last posted. been busy with fleas and also business stuffs. now that we are going to start on group project, its going to be worse. watched Avatar the other day with bee, super nice and worth watching definitely! but wasted i didn't get to watch it 3D. watched Alvin and the chipmunks 2 with family, funny and its the usual storyline, nothing special. looking forward to tomorrow's japanese buffet dinner! and also another business trip in jan! (:

its been such a busy holiday this time round, don't seemed to have enough rest. worried about my new sem yet more worried about future. i really can't see baby and myself start working and meeting less. i am always thinking about the future. i really do hope that i can find a good job and still stay tightly bonded with baby. hais. how i wish to move near to him soon...

flying helicopter, crashing here and there. baby catching spider and unsuccessful attempt to make them fight. rest and dvd throughout while nursing my sickness. been a wonderful day.

babyboy's 26th yesterday! went through abit of work perfecting the cheesecake, painting a 'kindergarten-looking' paint with quotes written in the Davinci way. bought leather-like jacket online and lucky for the right fit! (abit of a rush, even thought of getting express delivery), custom-made a super daring working shirt which will only come a month later. hehs. and little love here and there! hope it makes your day darling*

the day went like; baby packet breakfast to my place in the morning, slack and watch movie, brought out cake, make a wish, blow candle, went to AMK for lunch - not opened, to somewhere else then to AMKHub for movie - Parodum with his friend and gf (who has the same birthday as baby!), went for steamboat buffet at hotel, quite nice (: went off for a chat at coffee shop since they can't find the way to Novena Starbucks lol, collected my item like finally! with them helping another spree-er collect. LONG ANGRY STORY! but not the main point here. and baby sent me home (:

happy that almost everything has been settled for now, all i am looking forward to is my BKK trip! not exams eh.. hahaha..

just went to my uncle's wedding in the noon. he remarried but he looked so happy just now (:

cousins talked to me. all discouraging me to marry so soon. asking me what do i really know about love. saying i'm too young to understand love and marriage. too young to know what is ideal and who's the true/chosen one. its funny how they said it because they were never married, not married and not planning to marry. they don't believe in marriage anyway. haha.

today, i got the ultimate treatment from a spree organiser. if anyone of you is going to spree with fashioncrayon. please do not do so. she really sucks as a spree organiser, sucks even more as a person.

let me give you the background of the whole story.

april last week, sis asked if i wanted to get something from UO. i agreed, got a pair of specs frames and sis ordered one too. paid using my account.

may mid week, update on her spree page - sis's item is OOS. need to do refund for me.

june last week, items arrived and never update spree-ers at all.

jun - aug, patiently waiting for item and refund. sis emailed and left comment on her LJ, only 1 reply in general, stating that she's sick and has been in and out of hospital. therefore no time to sort out items. no other replies.

sis going to vietnam, emailed her to post the item soon. but no reply.

aug last week, sis has already gone to vietnam, i continue to follow up and emailed her. no replies.

emailed to some of the other spree-ers. no one get their items at all. mine's spree #33. but she organised all the way to spree #37. furthermore, she did a few Armani Exchange sprees and transdesign sprees.

sept first week, sms her and she replied once, not willing to give a definite time. insisted and she said she will get back to me. when we sms her again. no replies. we called her. no answer. and getting frustrated, hence telling her we will go straight to her place to just get the item. but still no replies. by the time we called her, she switched off her phone.

she mentioned to inform us when she will send out the item by (7th sept), but no replies, no emails, no items.

today, i went down again. called her before going up to her place. still no ans. her parents at home, talked to her mother. she managed to get her on the phone. and passed to me. and mind you, she screamed at me at the very start of her conversation. saying ugly things like i am impolite, invading her privacy and blamed me for whatever problem i am facing. she mentioned things like

'why other spree-ers are able to get their items peacefully and why cant you?',

'sprees are hard to do, you think its easy to calculate the costs?'

'if you really want, follow me to my check up at SGH lo.'

'i need time to pack and calculate'

'end of this week, pass the phone back!'

whenever i ask her why others can get their items, why can't i, she said its special case, people are going overseas etc. i told her my sis was also going overseas, and emailed her. she insisted no. she just kept insisting she got no time to pack and stuffs. when i am very bent on getting a date, she just answer the last statement as above. ultimately, whatever i did, she said she did not receive. whatever she didn't do, she insisted she did.

and, take note the funny part.

she was at ikea with her sister when i called
she was screaming at the top of her voice
she did not think she's in the wrong
she blamed me for getting nervous over the item i was supposed to get in june
she told me she's going check up at SGH when her mother mentioned TTSH
don't think she's even sick because when i asked her mother if she's alright, she said yea. when i mentioned she said she needs to go hospital for check up, she then say 'oh ya... she got stomach problem'
and when the mother mentioned TTSH, i said 'ur daughter said its SGH', she then said 'ya... i forgot. i sent her there for check up'
when the daughter is threatening me about the check up thing, she mentioned tml, tuesday evening. how weird? tml's a monday i thought?
and the mother still defended her by saying she's her mum so she know, she's not rude. that's just her.
HOW FUNNY!! a rude person, who's not 'rude', saying we are the rude ones.
and oh ya, her phone was off on the 1st visit when we went down because she turned it off, thinking XL is being impolite
when we called her just now, she did not answer because she recognised the number (as told by her mother)

and still, she don't intend to send out any of the items soon.

so tell me, ppl, what should i do with her? just don't believe her anymore.

Sometimes, i'm tired. Just like now. I'm tired of living 'me'. Once in a while, i wished i can fly like the sparrow. No crows, no pigeons, i hate them. They like to fly low to scare the timid me. Otherwise, i wished i can float on the borderless sea, around the world like a paper boat. But perhaps it will get too heavy one day and it sinks. Ultimately.. Or probably my emotions are weighing me down, i'm too heavy to float.

today, boom brought me to PS, hoping to know why my DIY failed last night. stickers can't stick, beads kept dropping.

the assistants did not help at all. led us to a corner and asked me to do it there again -.-
still asked us to another table when there are other customers around, i don't feel valued as a customer at all. and all she kept saying was that i'm the 1st complaint case.

we went to a cafe to do it ourselves. walked over to The Cathay Starbucks. no seats. watched dance performance by JitterBugs, wow over pole-dancing. laughing at kids who are too blur to know what they are dancing at all. to SMU TCC. no seats. to Bugis TCC. no seats. too tired and hot to walk any further so just settled and wait for seats in the air-con area. settled down and get straight to work after ordering 2 drinks.

boom did all the sticking, me the glueing. i like it when we share workload together (: even though its my phone. haha! afterall, i am glad my boyf don't mind doing all the girly stuffs with/for me. HAHA!

after 2 cold hours, we got part of the back part done. it's all we wanted to do for the back.

next week, we shall do the front! (:

I know people tend to have different slangs in different part of the world. If u were to migrate, u will change ur accents but since i'm such a stubborn girl, will mine change if i stay in US for a couple of years? Will i notice the change? Will i sound like a singaporean if i moved back to singapore for life??i really wonder..haha.

i am officially the complain-er of the pair. i made the most numbers of complaints this year for the whole of my life. lol. and mostly, the government sectors. haha. i think i will get kicked out of singapore soon :D

had my investment test today. it was pretty easy. definitely much much easier than previous sem. but it has only 10% weightage for the whole module. and i thought that the paper was quite badly set. what's with 2 exactly same questions? to think i kept reading it in case its a trick question. and.. spelling mistake like 'stabled paper'? i thought it's 'stapled'?

well, not everyone notice this since its on the instruction page. haha. but still, do they even check what they set?? and ya.. i spelt it out on the instruction paper, corrected it. HAHA.. so... am i risking the chance of being kicked out of RMIT first? LOL.

yesterday was dating day! ok.. it was dating evening. LOL. baby's got lesson in the noon. went over his place in the morning, made some herbal tea because he's got 2 huge ulcers (getting in the way of kissing). HAHA.. and caught half a movie, rushed to class. he's late and i was outside lecture supposed to study. then there's this group of little girls who got so excited over their project and kept yakking away. i stopped. played game and went online.

lesson's over, went for quick dinner, over to Cathay. managed to buy the last tix for special seats. all the way to the corner. but i liked it! great movie! nearly cried a few times even though its a comedy -.- [blamed it on the storyline. damn touching. now i feel like crying thinking about it ):]

rushed to Spotlight to get glitters for d-i-y. bad service.. real bad.. hate them!!

to Daiso for fabric glue. to Watsons for mascara. last customer to leave. haha!

goofed around whole day, baby cant take it. heh heh.

back home, laptop kept hanging. now? its going crazy again. argh.

went over to have some overpriced pratas after school, walked around abit. saw an old man walking into the forest. we followed him and he showed us a sadako's well! lol. he was saying he's taking a walk in the forest. he went away and left us there then after a good 5 minutes or so, he 's gone! couldn't find him anywhere near the bus stop. LOL.

so i did went thrifting. Baby wanted to bring me to 2 stores but i gt unwell during the search for store 2. Walked a distance of over 100m, i think there's 200m considering the flights of stairs i need to take. Lol. Maybe even more. Its such a pain to walk long distances under the heat and unable to breathe well. in the end, gave up store no. 2 and went back his place for steamboat.

I saw and experienced a car with bus accident yesterday. The bus driver sucks big time. His own mistake and he made it sounds like the driver's. And i cant believe everyone supported the bus driver. He dun even want to let ppl down his bus despite long period spent on arguing with the driver. So that he can have witnesses. But sorry, nobody offered. At least the driver apologised to all of us.you? Selfish prick.

Tell me where can i do anything to help the driver? Vouch for his innocence?? Those aunties and uncles again..forever thinking things their way and supporting what they thought was the thing that happened. i wonder, anyone has any reservations when come to visiting thrift stores? mum made the funniest comment about luck and fate when comes to buying 2nd hand from stores. i mentioned that sis often bought 2nd hand online, as long as she likes (often for a few bucks cheaper than the retail price) whereas in thrift stores, its like a few bucks that's all it cost! lol. but still, mum still insisted that the previous owner might have bad luck after wearing that item and chose to donate it out. now i am the silly one, paying to bring the bad luck back. people might have stronger 8-characters (八字) to curb the evilness, not me. LOL. anyway.. whatever.

the other day, i saw this pregnant lady on train. i got emotional. not that i want to be a mum now. just that i realised having a baby isn't that simple at all. i no longer yearns for 3 kids like i used to wished for when i was younger. slowly, as i grow older, i wanted fewer kids. now? maybe 1? lol. mentioned to baby the other day, he suggested adoption. haha. no matter what, i will try to want to have a kid of our own in the future. it's just different.

complained to NDC about the whole treatment. 3 pages long. the worst doctor i mentioned happened to be the director -.- he got back to me. called him to clarify. he got so defensive and defended his team. tsk. now i am thinking to go back for consultation or not. got sick. all because of a china girl who's studying in front of me in the library. she blew her nose and threw the tissue in front of me. she threw all her rubbish except that few tissues. left there for hours! she's so selfish and self-centred, pushing baby and my limit. made chee cheong fun the other day. baby thought it tasted weird. because all the shrooms and preserved veggies and beansprouts i added in. lol. then we continued our business, earned $ today. baby made breakfast for me for 2 consecutive days because i'm sick and because he loves me (: ate 3 panadol flu max so far. broke record since all along 1 tablet is all i needed. pet gave birth to 3 kiddos yesterday! so adorable!! i think ZA powder don't suit me now. back to my original one after this. i so wanted to shop but i am holding back because of my Bangkok trip.

speaking of which, SIM-RMIT is making me lose patience. complain soon! they cancelled 1 of our modules just because Australians dare not come to Singapore (H1N1). that cost $1300+. then they said they will postpone. and we thought it's going to be in august, a month away from the usual july. then there's no news till now. just HEARD that it's going to be AFTER our exams. which is in November. WHAT THE HELL?! it's OUR holiday!! and the usual module is only 5 lessons, 2 months to prepare the project and handin in October. now the lessons down to 3, minus the 2 months to prepare and at the cost of my holiday! and it's still $1300+. the worst thing is i already booked for the airplane and accommodations for Bangkok! and the stupid admin don't care. she said it's OUR problem! damn all of them. and why are the Australian lecturers so selfish? the cases in their home country were even more! the schedule is still not out yet. GREAT!

ate like a cow today. took breakfast at home then down to town to collect retainers. then to chinatown market for deep-fried chempedek, yellow bean ball, curry puff. to The Central for Le Petite bakery; delicious!!! to Liang Court for beer (view above for the 4 sizes of beer, so cute (: ) and japanese sushi rice; totally disappointing. to Suntec City for Souperlicious; broccoli soup not very nice though. and last stop's at Love Hut; quite worth the price we paid for.

in between, i saw pretty handphone decors. keep telling myself - tahan till bangkok! then i saw quite a few nice rings - tahan to bangkok! i would love to walk into cotton-on and topshop but i walked out straight after i walked in - tahan to bangkok! i tot i was going to suffocate until baby allowed me to get this pretty flower hairband. lol. but luckily, i walked out of Diva 'unscathed'. haha!

in the end, i got the most expensive out of my few choices. at least its the most durable, flexible choice since its ok for work too. heartpain since i never get an item more than 20$ for months.. many many months.. ha. ok. stingy, whatever.. i just want more money for my shopping grad trip!! lol.

today, i went for my dental at 8 in the morning. lots of things happened. shan't talk about it.

since we were in chinatown, we went to take a look at the yangtze cinema. lol. for those who didn't know, its an outdoor cinema which shows rated movies exclusively and those titles of the shows are super lame.. haha.

we found that they actually screened Saw 4/5! HAHA. the poster was there (the one and only show i've seen before), but we don't really know if they really show it since their customers are only ah peks/old uncles around the age 50 onwards who carry bottles/umbrellas/newspapers into the cinemas. HA!! and they even had their own Karaoke and restaurant in the cinema!!

wanted to see what the movies actually are but i didn't dare to even step near the cinema. i only took some pictures at the entrance and ran off. worried that those ah peks will approach me, not that there's any yet (too early for such vigorous activities i suppose) :D

Last week, when i came back home from the grocer's, i was shocked to see that my house was completely filled up with my friends and my family. baby complained that i didn't blog much these days. but there's not much to be blogged. its just usual me-to-baby's place and baby-to-my place. i missed the family gathering over at baby's bro place because of father's day.
the other day, i was wondering if i can actually get our business up and working. it seemed like we are always stuck after the first lap.. that aside, random issues:

so we are not going taipei anymore.. since i am not graduating this year end and we don't see any special promotions going on for taiwan-bound air tickets. we are going to bangkok instead! shopping, shopping and more shopping!! and since its just a shopping trip, we can spend more freely in few days instead of backpacking the whole of taiwan. probably we can get to go taiwan when i graduate next mid year? since baby's working for few months by then.. ((: lol. and we can go on sightseeing + shopping instead of backpacking? hahaha!

baby's little bro introduced me to this particular dove shampoo. i never believe in dove products before since it made my hair oily and scalp itchy in the past. but trust me! it's totally different now.. the new formula rocks.. and my problematic hair was tame after just one wash! baby got me the huge bottle. i seriously hope that it will solve all my problems and stay that way after the whole bottle. haha.

and me? oreo ): but at least, it's bought by baby.. so, its good enough. lol. and ya, i have the weird habit of twisting every single piece of cookie, eating the top layer first, licking off the cream.. den savour the last layer of oreo. i was too stubborn to just bite the 3 layers all at once even when i had only 1 free hand, i will just free my other hand to twist the cookies. HAHA. although i did it the commercial way (since the 1st oreo i had), i never did like the idea of dipping the cookies into the milk. it just spoil the whole taste. urgh.. anyone else did it this way too? haha.

back to sims 3 and time to make my sim pregnant. HA!

it's been admin work back at school, doing our business and watching dvds at home. cleared quite a few discs and all were quite lacking in the storyline department. but the comedies were fun in a way.

today we met early to run an errand in the morning, then down to cotton on for GSS. got a top and a cardigan at 15$. far much lesser than the original price and even lesser than what was indicated on the price tag. i was shocked for a few seconds with the cashier repeating the amount patiently. lol. well, i was proud that i did not give in to my temptation while handling the other 'wants' from the store (: speaking of which, i saw this exact design of cardigan i wanted (refer to previous post) selling at a much higher price. so tempted to get it.. but i didn't! just telling myself the color don't suit me at all. argh.

baby treated me to korean ice-cream. delicious.. and a movie which was alright (storyline) but with great actors!

baby bought me a mouse! so that i can play sims3. haha.. imation! savings again. due to the GSS (:

tomorrow, its going to be zoo day. so excited! (:

it's a wonder how you can stay with someone without seeing each others at all. LOL. my dad want to quarantine himself in his room while having chicky pox so he don't allow me to enter and insist i go into my room whenever he's out for his meals and water. so i made porridge today for him and a little side-dish. haha. its for lunch and dinner since i don't know what else i can offer to cook for a chicky-pox-infected. no beans, no prawns, no sticky food, no dark soya sauce, more herbal tea, not when its going to go away. what else?

went down to school. but realised i made a mistake. so it's just a trip down to scan and print materials.

didn't agree with baby. heated argument.

the rice for 米酒 didn't turn out as expected. 奸商. got burnt again.

maid kept making same mistake regardless repeated warnings. somehow i think she's showing attitude sometimes.

came home to a chicken-pox papa. all of us have to stay far away in case we get infected. we've never get chicken pox before.

told pa everything about my results and what i am going to do. he just grumbled and nagged abit and stopped.

irritated by rudeness and inconsiderate behaviours.

my body's starting to itch. scared.
